Supplier Management

In order to ensure the reliability and stability of suppliers, we have established corresponding procedures for regular inspection of suppliers in the supply channel. According to the principle of survival of the fittest, we constantly optimize our source of goods.
1.Blacklist mechanism: enterprises that provide fake goods and have bad records will be added to the blacklist of the system, and any purchasing personnel of our company can no longer place orders from these companies;
2.Traceability system: all counterfeit goods, substandard transactions and blacklisted suppliers are recorded in our trading system. All data will be displayed in the inventory system so that it can be tracked at any time;
3.Annual questionnaire survey: our purchasing staff will fill in the questionnaire every year to grade the reliability and legitimacy of suppliers;
4.Make field trips to suppliers to inspect their actual production management status.
